Who Can Be a Reporting Corporation
Any public or private limited company, co-operative, partnership, limited partnership, commercial autonomous agency or public-sector corporate body may co-operate with the Central Balance Sheet Data Office as a reporting corporation, provided that it is engaged in NON-FINANCIAL activities and has its registered office in Spain.
