What does Co-Operation Involve?
Co-operation with the Central Balance Sheet Data Office involves completing an annual questionnaire based on the chart of accounts, the content and detail of which depends on the size of the corporation. The questionnaire may be filled in on hard copy or using a specially designed application called electronic questionnaire.

In consideration of this co-operation, corporations receive information and applications designed specially for them, free of charge and on a preferential basis.
Corporations may also wish to provide data for the quarterly Central Balance Sheet Data Office database (CBQ). Quarterly summary information is requested, which is used in the short-term analysis of the economic and financial activities of the sub-sector non-financial corporations. (Corporations providing quarterly data for the CBQ must also provide annual accounts data to the annual Central Balance Sheet Data Office database (CBA).
