Annual Questionnaire (Year 2007)
There are two versions of the printed annual questionnaire: the short version (for corporations with less than 100 employees) 
(541 KB) and the standard version (for corporations with more than 100 employees) (696 KB).
In Spanish, there is also an electronic version with the following main characteristics:
- Data may be entered manually or imported from other applications.
- The questionnaire incorporates an optional debugging function, which identifies apparent errors in the information entered and allows them to be corrected on an interactive basis, thus reducing or avoiding subsequent requests for additional information from the Central Balance Sheet Data Office.
- Errors are divided into basic and subsidiary depending on their complexity. Corporations may decide to debug errors at either, both or neither levels.
- Confidentiality: the application requires the use of a code for the encryption of the information received/sent by the Central Balance Sheet Data Office.
- The application provides help prompts for each screen, for the function on which the cursor is positioned and for the meaning of concepts and keys in the questionnaire.
