Recycling in professional centers
The professional activity of banknotes recycling in specialized centers will be made in Spain by those agents listed below.
Credit institutions enrolled in the ECA registries and cash-in-transit companies enrolled in the registry of the Ministry of Interior, as and those organizations that participate for a reason or purpose professional in the cash handling need to contact Banco de España to be included in the list.
The inscription in the list will have a term of use of twelve months.
